Today, the government proclaimed an extraordinary legal order and decided to declare a state of national crisis. This affects many events for which we sell tickets. Certain events will not be rescheduled, while others are postponed.

We are continuously processing the incoming information regarding the changes in the events, and simultaneously notify our ticket purchasers about these adjustments and the actions to be taken.

We understand your concern, and we will do our best to notify all ticket purchasers concerned as soon as possible. In the meantime, please wait for the notification from our customer service. We have increased the capacity of our support team and we will receive and respond to incoming questions via email for effective response.

We do not have a customer service hotline, we check emails on weekends on an on-call basis, and for emails received by 6pm we can guarantee to resend tickets not found for that day's event.
