HUG - Hungarian Handpan & Worldmusic Gathering is an event about music, consciousness, creating and being together with each other and with the nature. The festival will take place in Csesznek, Hungary, in a lovely farm called Kisbükk Major, where you can enjoy the mesmerizing environment with huge fields, small forests, hills and a lovely tiny lake. A perfect place for engrossment in ourselves, to connect to the nature, and of course to have a lot of fun and party. Main stage, sound healing area, chillout island, tea house and a beautiful camping area are waiting for us.

Apart of being a "zero waste" festival and highly supporting local farmers, our main focus is on the marvelous instrument called "handpan". On the stages you will find artist from reggae, balkan, electronic, hungarian folk, and other fusions in world music as well. Beside the concerts there will be music workshops of handpan, djembe and didgeridoo; sound healing; activities like yoga, juggling, fire-walk, slack-line; and also talks about shamanism, sustainability, self-preservation, alternative country-living, permaculture.
