BELOW YOU CAN READ THE JOURNEY
PART ONE. The Journey Begins
We invite you to embark on a transformative journey as we open this festival with contact improvisation and lighter bodywork. This is a form of free movement that transcends age and experience, inviting all to express their emotions through their bodies. Whether you are a dancer or not, we welcome you to a playful exploration, where you connect with yourself and one another. Alongside this, we will also engage in a lighter version of bodywork—a practice where we work in groups of three, focusing attention on each other’s bodies to help us relax and open up, creating deeper connections and a shared sense of presence.
PART TWO. Opening Ourselves to Change
As we have loosen our bodies and minds, we now continue the journey with the next stage—breath and voice. We invite you to take part in a powerful breathing session, followed by a communal singing experience. In this space, every voice is welcomed. Together, we will free our voices and discover the power of sound as a tool for emotional liberation. This collective act of singing is more than music; it is a doorway into new depths of self-expression and shared experiences. To open up and find the power of our own voice and allowing it to be free can be one of the most liberating thing we can do for ourselves and can work as doorway into a new way of expressing our deepest emotions
PART THREE. Deepening Connection
Having connected through movement and voice, we invite you to delve deeper. Together, we will gather in a safe circle to share our stories, thoughts, and emotions. This is a place where we invite honesty and where words can become bridges between our experiences. In this sharing circle, inspired by a lighter version of family constellations, we continue to explore the bonds that unite us and the personal journeys of our own self.
PART FOUR. Creation from Within
With minds open and hearts aligned, we have now reached the next part of our journey: creation. You now have the opportunity to channel all your emotions and newfound energy into art. Step into the CREATION ROOM guided by the team of Festival Analog, and let your creativity flow. Express what you have felt through the day—through patchwork, collages, poetry and writing. This is your moment to release, to create freely, and to let your inner artist run wild.
PART FIVE. Living Analog in a Digital World
Alongside this creative exploration we will keep a space to inspire us with ideas and talks on how to live more analog lives. In a world dominated by screens, how can we find presence and balance, join us in finding ways to disconnect from the digital and reconnect with the present moment.
PART SIX. A Ritual of Celebration
To honor our journey and yours. we have prepared a gift for you, something personal—a celebration of the body that has carried you through this experience. A tattoo artist will be present, offering designs for you to choose from, or you can book a personal session with her for later. Tattoos is an ancient tradition. Where we can use our skin as canvases to carry with us memories, secrets, and experiences we dont want to forget. It is a powerful ritual that bound us together and has done so for thousand of years, allowing us to carry our stories with us and celebrate our bodies and life itself.
PART SEVEN. Transcending into Music
As the bells ring, signaling the final stage of our journey , we are now ready to let go. To enter a space where sound and silence merge, where the body is allowed to rest, and to transform into pure vibration and sound. Together, we will experience four different worlds, guided by four artists, in a completely analog world . This final part is an immersion into music, movement, and emotion
—a space unlike any you’ve experienced before.
Closing the Journey
As our shared journey comes to a close, we invite you to take these experiences home. Sleep, rest, and let your body and mind recharge. Keep your phone turned off, reflect on the day, and allow yourself to feel the fullness of the experience. Remember what it means to be present, to be connected, and to be alive in the moment.
Our Reason
Bringing the Journey to the City
Our journey is not just a festival but a guidance for living in the everyday life in a city of noise. We aim to show that it is possible to find connection, peace, and creativity in the midst of the city’s noise. Festivals often take us away from our lives allowing us to retreat and forget the everyday life we live in, but Festival Analog is about continuity—about carrying the spirit of the festival into our urban lives, keeping it alive in our hearts, bodies, and minds.
We want to give you the tools to connect with yourself and your body, not only in moments of retreating but in the busyness of the everyday life. These practices—such as using your voice, grounding, connecting, being present by creating and movement—are accessible to everyone, anywhere. They offer a meaningful alternative to the habits we have become used to in this digital world, habits that often leaves us stressed, disconnected and unfocused.
The journey is yours to continue, wherever you go.
