Gods Verging on Sanity – LIVE

A special live stream show including the songs of the new album and some old favourites.

“It is the year 2020, and gods are verging On sanity. They are us, humans.

We are gods, with an anus. We contemplate our place in the world, the meaning of our death. We find and create beauty, and yet we eat, defecate and reproduce like any other animal on this planet. We are existential organisms, and our minds struggle with this duality. We fight against our own mortality in different ways – some with procreation, some with art, some with power, and some just don’t fight at all.

How far have we come and where do we go from here? How do we shed the old skin now that the new one is growing underneath?”

This has been a difficult few months for mankind. Many of us were facing hopeless situations and it is still uncertain what the near future brings. We were thinking of different ways we could help. Obviously one is looking for options locally first. As you may know, we are passionate about animals, they are entirely dependent on our kindness and patience so we cannot forget about them even during such trying times. We therefore decided to collect donations in a form of a support ticket before and during our stream show on Saturday. 100 % of the donations will be offered to a local shelter and organisation called Segito Kez a Kutyakert (Helping hand for dogs). Not only do they rescue and nurse dogs but also cats and birds. They have been of great help during our last cat rescuing venture. We’ve been to their premises, we saw the kennels, and we were moved by the love and care they provide for the animals at their shelter so we are sure the money will be in good hands.
